Join registered nurse and certified fitness trainer Kathleen Bardo for "Gentle Fitness." This four-week introductory course combines light weights, balance exercises and stretching.
*Please note: due to space issues, this series will now take place inside the Library.*
For adults. Registration is required as capacity is limited. Please provide your own light (2-5 pound) weights and exercise mat and wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing.
This is a four-week series. Please register individually for each session you plan to attend.
