HTML/CSS series #3: Introduction to Development

Introduction to Development
You’ve learned the basics of HTML and CSS; in fact you’ve started to build your first web page—and in this class you’re going to finalize it. Mimicking a developer community, we’ll support participants as they rely on one another to answer questions and offer suggestions to get their project, i.e. your first web page, done. Not only will you finish the series having built your first web page, but experienced the collaboration ingrained in the developer community.
About the series: In this series you will learn HTML and CSS, two basic yet crucial languages each website uses to display content across the web and mobile devices.
Prerequisites: Basic PC and internet skills: able to send email, browse the web, navigate a desktop, and save files to a folder. Recommended: Intro to Programming Concepts to establish an understanding of the background concepts we'll use.
