A gentle yoga class designed to focus on breathing and destressing.

No experience necessary.

Join Pushpa, of Yoga Abhyaasaa, in a one hour gentle yoga class that focuses on reducing stress, promoting mindfulness, and maintaining mobility.

This month's yoga class will include floor work, bring your own yoga mat!

Yoga is for everyone. The guiding principle is: do as much as you can. Yoga affects the whole body-mind complex. Regular practice brings physical benefits like more strength, flexibility, balance, better coordination and control. Subtle benefits are greater awareness of one's own body and mind, better focus, more confidence, calmness, and relaxation.

What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Water bottle
  • Thick towel
  • Positive attitude!
