The Matter of Balance falls prevention program is an evidence-based cognitive restructuring program that meets for 2 hours a week for eight weeks. We focus on how we view falling, our fears of falling, and strategies for preventing a fall, and invite participation in gentle exercise.

No prior experience or equipment needed. Wear comfortable clothing. 

Enrollment requires an 8-week commitment:

  • Wed. May 1 - Wed. Jun. 26
  • 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
