About Large Meeting Rooms
Please read all of the meeting room policies before making a booking
- For programs that are free and open to the public
- For non-profit and community groups only
- Up to 4 reservations per group, per year
- Reservations must be placed 48 hours in advance
- Reservations accepted up to 60 days in advance
- Large Meeting Rooms at all Branch Libraries may be opened for multi-use if minimum capacity of 8 people is not met.
