Mindful Mondays: Make Your Own Zen Garden
Take time for you!
Start your week off the right way by joining us here at Westover for a self-care craft or activity the fourth Monday evening of the month at 7 p.m. Supplies, coffee/tea and a relaxing atmosphere will all be provided.
This month's activity: Knowing how busy and hectic life can get at times, it's important to make time just for ourselves. Join us in making a basic miniature zen garden to encourage time for peace and thoughtfulness.
Registration required. For adults age 18+.
