Mindful Mondays: Make Your Own Body Scrub
Take time for you!
Start your week off the right way by joining us here at Westover for a self-care craft or activity the fourth Monday evening of the month at 7 p.m. Supplies, coffee/tea and a relaxing atmosphere will all be provided.
This month's activity: After the cold, dry winter months, it's important to take care of our physical selves too. Join us in making your own body scrub and give your skin some love.
