Mindful Mondays: Design Your Own Worry Bracelet
Take time for you!
Start your week off the right way by joining us here at Westover for a self-care craft or activity the fourth Monday evening of the month at 7 p.m. Supplies, coffee/tea and a relaxing atmosphere will all be provided.
This month's activity: On some days, our worries and anxieties seem to loom large. Join us to design your own worry/fidget bracelet to gain some extra calm.
