Winter Mindfulness & Self-Care
Join us to experience seasonally-aligned mindfulness practices and approaches to self-kindness and care.
Sessions will include an opening meditation or mindful breathing sequence, a guided mindfulness exercise, and seasonally-aligned strategies to continue this relaxed sense of presence at home. Class facilitator is Jackie Marks, M.A., Registered Yoga Teacher. No experience necessary.
