Graphic Novel Workshop: Story Telling

Learn the art of graphic novel story telling
For this 4-part workshop series, we invite local artists to share their knowledge on the creative process when creating comics. The first session will be hosted by Evan Keeling who will discuss his comic work and provide a hands on workshop for participants who want to write and storyboard their own sequential stories.
This workshop is part of a 4-part graphic novel series. Each event builds on the previous events but can be attended as a stand-alone event as well.
Graphic Novel Workshops:
- Sat. Oct 29: Story Telling
- Sat. Nov. 5: Line Drawing
- Sat. Nov. 12: Coloring
- Sat. Nov. 19: Publishing
Evan Keeling is a comic maker from Washington DC and a co-founder of the comic artist and writer collective, “DC Conspiracy”. His personal comic work, along with that of the groups he collaborates with, can be found at: ETKeeling (tumblr.com)
