Strange Lands Book Club: "Ubik"
This book club meets on the third Wednesday evening of the month for informal discussions on a wide range of science fiction titles voted on by participants.
This is a volunteer-led book club. Until further notice, this book club will meet virtually on Zoom.
Join us in August to discuss "Ubik" by Phillip K Dick: Philip K. Dick's searing metaphysical comedy of death and salvation is a tour de force of panoramic menace and unfettered slapstick, in which the departed give business advice, shop for their next incarnation and run the continual risk of dying yet again.
New members are always welcome. You don't have to read the book to join, but it is encouraged.
