Learn how to identify and communicate your wishes about the health care you would like to receive if you become unable to advocate for yourself. And find out what resources are available for the seriously or terminall ill.

Presenter: Cynthia Carney, is a founding member of Arlington’s Coalition to Improve Advanced Care (CIAC) and has more than 20 years experience working as a hospice nurse, clinical supervisor, and past Executive Director of Goodwin House Palliative Care and Hospice.
