Breaking Barriers Book Club: "Becoming Eve"
Reading books by or about cisgender women, trans* women, and nonbinary/ genderfluid people who have pushed boundaries and expectations.
Join us for the virtual discussion of "Becoming Eve: my journey from ultra-Orthodox rabbi to transgender woman" by Abby Stein.
About the book: A coming-of-age memoir about the transition from son in a dynastic rabbinical family to transgender woman.
We meet on the second Thursday of each month. New members always welcome. You do not have to read the book to attend, but it is encouraged.
