Reading is Magic! End of Summer Reading Party at Westover
For all Ages
Celebrate a summer full of the magic of reading! Summer Reading ends on September 1.
There'll be lots to see, and the Library Truck will be on the scene with free books and giveaways, as well as an interactive pop-up community art project.
Join us for:
- A performance by magician and illusionist Wes Iseli!
- A balloon animal demonstration
- The Wonder Window, an interactive window mural that captures the essence of our Summer Reading theme, Food For Thought. Through the Wonder Window, your family be will able to explore the Westover neighborhood through our book-themed scavenger hunt!
You will also be able to pick up Summer Reading prizes: Washington Nationals Ticket Vouchers, Summer Reading prizes for kids and Bonus Challenge prizes for all ages.
