Have you ever wondered what your cardiac risk is? Most of our risks are easily measured and reversible. Awareness now will be protection later.

Presented via Zoom webinar by Northern Virginia Holistic Primary Care. Register to receive the Zoom information by email.

We will dive into what a heart attack actually means, how we become at risk for one, and what are the greatest risk factors and how to assess for them. We hope that you can leave this webinar with a better understanding of the cardiac system, risk factors, when and what goes wrong and what triggers disruption/inflammation within your heart, vessels and body. Our goal is to teach you how to identify these risks and leave you with the mindset that this is the best time to make changes.
