Presenter: Don Oellerich (Ph.D., U. of Wisconsin; MSW, Syracuse U.) recently retired after 28 years with the office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation, US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) where he served as the Deputy Chief Economist and Senior Advisor. His work included supporting the Secretary of HHS as a Trustee for the Medicare and Social Security Trust Funds. Don has been actively volunteering with VICAP for the past year.
