September is National Falls Prevention Month and an important time to take stock of the steps you can take to reduce your chance of a fall. Falls are the leading cause of fatal injury and the most common cause of nonfatal trauma-related hospital admissions among older adults. This lecture will also introduce VHC's new Trauma Center and discuss what this means for the Arlington community.
