We will have a 15 minute brain health presentation followed by a fun 30 minute class for comprehensive brain and body fitness presented by The BRAINing™ Center.

POWER BRAINING™ is a revolutionary fitness program designed to simultaneously enhancing cognitive function, physical fitness and overall health.  It is the result of extensive research and development in the fields of applied neuroplasticity and physical performance enhancement.

These fun, easy-to-follow classes integrate a wide array of very specific physical exercises, cognitive challenges, breathing techniques, and mindful meditation to deliver comprehensive multi-sensory training.
