Learn how to share while also staying safe.

Connecting with friends and family and sharing things online are easy with social media. Each platform offers tools to help you limit who can see your information, but social media platforms are quite open (by design) and privacy settings can be confusing. Also, it's important to understand how your data may be used by third parties.

Upon completion of this course, you will know:

  • Why privacy and security matter
  • How your data is used (and by whom)
  • How to spot a cyber attack
  • How to adjust your privacy settings
  • Where to learn more about social media privacy and security
