Mental Wellness is essential to everyone's overall health and well being. Our community's mental wellness is not a question; it is our priority.

Join representatives from the Department of Human Serivces' Prevention Services, Children and Family Behavioral Health, Adult Behavioral Health, Senior Adult Mental Health, Regional Older Adult Facilities Mental Health Support Team (RAFT), and the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) for a panel discussion and conversation about mental wellness, from promotion and prevention to treatment and recovery. Hear from individuals with lived experience talking openly about what it's like to have a mental health condition. Learn from advocates and clinicians about local resources, therapies, and treatments available for children, adults, and seniors. Receive the tools needed to expand our undersanding of behavioral wellness and the opportunities needed for optimal health and well being.

One in five Americans live with a mental health condition. Navigating life with a mental health condition can be isolating, and finding a roadmap to recovery can be formidable. Too often, the stigma associated with mental health issues creates barriers, preventing people from getting needed support. Together we can change attitudes, assumptions, and ideas about individuals living with mental health conditions by providing the information and social connections so that no one has to suffer a mental health condition alone.
