Hands2Hearts: CPR and AED training
PLEASE NOTE: This CPR class does not provide a certification.
Hands2Hearts is a community CPR program, supported by the Arlington Fire Department and Virginia Hospital Center.
Hands2Hearts will provide hands-on CPR training, including:
- How to recognize a cardiac arrest
- How to request help
- How to provide CPR to an adult or teen
- How to use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
- They will also teach how to save a life if someone is choking
