Drop in to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month!  Create your own traditional Mexican folk art with a Papel Picado banner.  These traditional banners are used to decorate buildings, Day of the Dead altars, and streets during celebrations and holidays in Mexico.  We'll supply the paper, templates, and instructions for you to create your masterpiece in celebration of Hispanic Heritage.
