Yoga in the hatha/vinyasa style, with a focus on breath work.

This class is for adults of all levels, and beginners are always welcome. Participants should bring their own yoga mats and any desired props.

Presented by Karen Carter, a registered yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance and a certified Reiki practitioner.

Registration required and opens two weeks before each class.
