4 Week Introductory Class
Tai Chi is a low-impact form of exercise which uses slow and controlled movements, employing balance, concentration and fine motor control.
This course for adults is taught by certified fitness instructor and functional aging specialist Marion Recktenwald, Ph.D.
No equipment is necessary, but attendees should wear comfortable clothing.
