For Kids in Kindergarten - Grade 5

Celebrate Black History Month at the Library

Each month we explore arts, books, crafts, and building through a different fun activity.

During the February meeting, we'll celebrate Black History Month through an exploration of the art and books of Ashley Bryan, recipient of the Coretta Scott King–Virginia Hamilton Award for Lifetime Achievement. Then we'll make puppets inspired by his book Ashley Bryan's Puppets.

Parents/caregivers and younger siblings asked to wait downstairs.

For safety, Library children's programs are canceled when Arlington Public Schools are closed for inclement weather.
