The positive effects of aerobic exercise on brain health are well known. Join certified personal trainer and functional aging specialist Marion Recktenwald, Ph.D. to explore movement combinations meant to complement various aspects of brain health. Part lecture and part demonstration, participants in this event will try out some movements for themselves, so comfortable clothing is encouraged.
