The Arlington Puzzle Festival is a celebration of words, logic, numbers and thinking.

It’s a place to meet other puzzle fanatics in a friendly, fun and enjoyable atmosphere.

Participation is free for current members of the Friends of the Arlington Public Library, with a suggested donation of $15 for non-members. Puzzle Fest T-shirts will also be available for purchase at the event. All proceeds support Library programs and initiatives, and the development of the Library’s collection.

9:00 - Introduction/Registration

9:15 - Group Puzzle Activity

10:30 - Crossword Puzzle Tournament

12:00 - Lunch (w/games)

1:00 - Crossword Puzzle Finals

1:45 - Sudoku Tournament

3:00 - OCTO Competition

3:30 - Sudoku Finals

This is a free program, thanks to the generosity of the Friends of the Arlington Public Library. Participants are encouraged to join the Friends of Arlington Public Library, or make a $15 donation in support of the work of the Friends. Payment will be accepted by cash or check on the day of the event. All Friends of the Library proceeds go to help support library programming, outreach activities and the
advancement of the libraries’ collections.
