Arlington Reads 2016: Julie Otsuka on "When the Emperor Was Divine"
 
For Arlington Reads 2016, Ms. Otsuka discusses her acclaimed debut novel, "When the Emperor Was Divine," in which a Japanese American family is sent to Utah internment camp during World War II and is loosely based on the author’s family history.
Advance registration is not required, but seating is limited and first-come, first-served.
