Exploring the World of Tea with UppiTea

Learn about and connect over tea

Discover why tea is the world’s most-consumed beverage after water! Join us for an engaging, hands-on session led by Heather Thorton, a certified tea sommelier where you’ll learn about and taste various premium teas. This guided tasting will introduce you to the essence of tea and invite you to explore the primary tea types. The session will also include a discussion on how tea can support mindfulness, foster cross-cultural connection, and enrich your daily routines.

Please note that most of the teas will contain caffeine.
