Johns Hopkins Health Plans presents “Healthy Hacks,” an interactive educational cooking demonstration and cookbook talk focused on simple, practical ways to prepare healthier meals at home. This session will highlight diabetes-friendly recipes, nutrition tips, and everyday strategies to support overall wellness. Come out and enjoy this free cooking demonstration.
