Learn to Prepare Indonesian Cuisine!

Pat Tanumihardja, author of both children's books and cookbooks including the last year's "Mortar and Pestle: Classic Indonesian Recipes for the Modern Kitchen," will demonstrate how to prepare Tamarind-glazed Baked Tempeh from her cookbook while talking about Indonesian ingredients, food culture and more.  

This event will include a free food tasting, courtesy of Artha Rini Indonesian restaurant, audience Q&A, and book signing.

Ingredients List: tempeh, vegetable oil, shallots, garlic, galangal, lime leaves, lemongrass, sambal oelek, tamarind concentrate, palm or brown sugar, salt
