Knowing the past of where you live makes you part of its future

Join Glencarlyn Library and "Our Man in Arlington," Bill Fogarty, to learn about the evolution of Arlington's governance structure and its political parties.

About the Presenter: Bill Fogarty is a retired attorney who has lived and worked in Arlington for more than 40 years and currently serves as a board member for the Leadership Center of Arlington.
