Join Daniela for a relaxing sound bath session designed to calm the mind and restore balance.

In this immersive session, participants will experience the gentle power of sound through instruments like crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other vibrational tools. The soothing frequencies help release tension, support emotional well-being, and encourage deep rest.

Please note: This is not a therapy session, but a wellness experience intended to support relaxation and inner peace.

No prior experience needed—just bring a mat, blanket, pillow, and an open mind. The library will have a limited supply of yoga mats for this program.

REGISTRATION RECOMMENDED: First-come, first-served seating. By registering, you will receive event updates.
