Join us online to learn about the 2024–2034 employment projections, key employment skills trends, and free career resources available through the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and ask questions.
Join us to hear from Sarah Mattson and Meredith Miller, Economists with the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. They will discuss:
- The 2034–2034 employment projections, including the fastest growing occupations and those expected to add the most new jobs.
- An overview of the Occupational Outlook Handbook and Career Outlook publications, which provide detailed career profiles and information on education and training typically needed to enter occupations.
- An overview on Employment Skills data—focusing on the top skills across industries and how they align with projected labor market trends.
The Employment Projections program develops data-driven insights about the U.S. labor market 10 years in the future, helping students and job seekers make informed decisions. The Occupational Outlook Handbook provides information on over 600 detailed occupations across more than 340 occupational profiles, including duties, education and training requirements, pay, job outlook, and more.
