Arlington Civics: Virginia Voting Rights - 1965 to Today

Celebrate National Voter Registration Day and the Right to Vote
Join the League of Women Voters of Arlington and Alexandria City, the Arlington County Office of Elections and Arlington Public Library for a panel discussion examining the changes taking place for Virginia voters since the Voting Rights Act of 1965 until today.
To commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Voting Rights Act of 1965, Arlington Public Library has partnered with several community organizations to tell the stories of activists, changemakers and everyday people in Arlington and Northern Virginia who fought for voting rights.
