How to Age Well with Exercise
This interactive presentation will discuss the research on cognitive "superagers" and why they age well. Emphasis will be placed on the role of exercise in aging well and how individuals can make exercise challenging and specific to their own needs.
About the Presenter: Kirsten Bodensteiner received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from George Washington University with her specialization in orthopedics. Kirsten's special interests are in the area of orthopedic and neurologic physical therapy and in helping people thrive as they age.
Body Dynamics, a health and wellness center, is presenting a 4-part health information series at Westover Library in September and October. Each session will cover a different wellness topic. Make your health a priority and come join for one session or all four sessions!
