Nutrition: Eating Well to be Well  

Please join us here at Westover for an engaging lecture reviewing the most up to date information on nutrition and how to optimize your diet to maximize health and overall wellness. Highlighted in the presentation will be tips and tools to help with meal planning, shopping and food storage.  

About the Presenter: Chip Coleman is a Nutritional Therapy Consultant and Pilates certified private and group fitness trainer. He received his bachelor's in biology from Dartmouth College before dancing professionally for 14 years with The Washington Ballet and for 3 years with The Washington National Opera.  He enjoys using his background to help clients address the many facets of good health.  

Body Dynamics, a health and wellness center, is presenting a 4-part health information series at Westover Library in September and October.  Each session will cover a different wellness topic.  Make your health a priority and come join for one session or all four sessions!
