Friendly discussions of a short story or two.

Each story is available freely online or as a print-out held at the Courthouse Library. Expect esoteric, experimental, and playfully untraditional reads! New members are always welcome.

• Sep. 15: The Stolen Pigeons by Marguerite Duras and Excerpts from The Book of Disquiet by Fernando Pessoa
• Oct. 20: Horror Month! The Red Tower by Thomas Ligotti and The Eyes by Edith Wharton
• Nov. 17: Poetry Month! Dave by Robert Fitterman (please also listen to an audio recording of Dave on PennSound which features alternate selections that will be discussed at the group) and two poems by Sharon Mesmer
• Dec. 15: Bartleby, the Scrivener by Herman Melville
