Join us to learn how to knit and reduce your anxiety!

This one-hour workshop presented by Project Knitwell introduces newcomers to knitting as a meditative stress management technique. No prior experience is required. Participants receive starter kits with needles, yarn, and personal instructions. Trained instructors lead participants through the basic knit stitch, demonstrating how repetitive hand movements and focused attention can reduce anxiety. All materials provided.
