Community is more important than ever!

Research indicates that belonging to clubs is good for our health and crucial to the health of our civic society. So let's talk about what we need to do to improve social and civic connection in Arlington and what actions we need to take to improve ours and our community's well-being.

Our panel discussion will be moderated by Lucinda Robb (Arlingtonian, active volunteer and author of "The Suffragist Playbook") and will feature a range of active community members from Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC), McLean Bible Church, I Run You Run Meetup and Keep America Beautiful who will discuss importance of civic engagement to their lives, membership trends, and techniques for maintaining their membership. This event will include breakout discussion sessions.

  • 6:00 - 6:30 pm: Pizza and welcome
  • 6:30 - 7:45 pm: Panel Discussion and Conversation
