About the Presenter: Sarah Picot is a realtor licensed in VA and DC. She brings 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and as an entrepreneur to her real estate career. She has owned several businesses including Picot Pilates which produced award-winning Pilates DVDs and iPhone Apps. Sarah has worked as a professional dancer and teacher while continuing to train pro athletes and non-athletes alike. Originally from NJ, Sarah moved from NYC to DC and has lived in Arlington since 2001. She knows Arlington and the surrounding areas intimately, having raised both her sons here.
Devin O'Reilly is a 4th Generation Washingtonian who carries an extensive knowledge of the Greater Washington Area. A veteran of over 2,000 local real estate transactions, Devin has crafted an efficient and resourceful approach in his loan coordinating efforts in the different niche markets of the DC Metro Area and beyond. “As a lifelong resident I am thrilled to share my knowledge and experience of the home buying process.
