She has owned several businesses including Picot Pilates which produced award-winning Pilates DVDs and iPhone Apps. Sarah has worked as a professional dancer and teacher while continuing to train pro athletes and non-athletes alike. Originally from NJ, Sarah moved from NYC to DC and has lived in Arlington since 2001. She knows Arlington and the surrounding areas intimately, having raised both her sons here.
