Join Gaurav Singh, a long-time meditator, for this engaging and lively presentation. Gaurav will discuss the extraordinary effects of meditation: stress reduction, improvement of concentration, enhanced clarity of thought, and improved mental equilibrium. He will also present a simple, time-tested, and effective meditation technique. The presentation will be followed by a a short meditation session to practice what we learned.
About the Presenter: Gaurav Singh is very passionate about meditation and has been practicing meditation for over 15 years. He has used meditation as an anchor to find balance between his personal and professional life. He has led many meditation workshops and retreats which has enabled him to speak firsthand about the role of meditation in enhancing the daily lives of busy people.
