Ever wonder what goes on behind the scenes? Meet an award-winning costumer for local theaters to explore how costuming enhances the storytelling experience. Joan Lawrence is currently designing the costumes for Little Women, The Musical, based on Louisa May Alcott's beloved book, and will share examples of costumes designed for other productions, selections of fabrics, and accessories such as hats, gloves and purses.
