For grades 7 to 10

Calling all teens! Feeling stressed about upcoming tests or finals? Please join for a fun, activies based session on how to manage stress and get organized with a teen volunteer! The teen knows that feeling when you’ve got a lot on your plate. We will go through fun activities and simple exercises, such as making stress balls, time management strategies and goal setting. Space is limited so please sign up soon! Snacks and giveaways will be provided as well. 

This program will be held:

  • June 1 at 3 p.m.
  • June 2 at 1 p.m.
  • June 2 at 3:30 p.m.

Registration is required.  Attendance is limited to 16 participants per session.
