Mindful Mondays: Hammered Flower Art
Take time for you!
Start your week off the right way by joining us at Westover for a self-care craft or activity the fourth Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. Supplies, coffee/tea and a relaxing atmosphere will all be provided.
This month's activity: Believe it or not, pounding flowers with hammers can make beautiful DIY art. And it comes with the added bonus of releasing some of the tensions and stressors of everyday life too!
