Adventures Begin at Your Library!

Come and celebrate the kickoff of our Summer Reading Program 2024! Enjoy crafts, popsicles, and fun activities for all ages while learning about what's in store this summer at the Library!

Start your summer adventures learning about Outdoor Lab, which annually provides outdoor and environmental education to more than 9,000 Arlington Public School students from elementary grades through high school. Outdoor Lab will provide some hands-on materials and demonstrations from their outdoor facility.

Then learn about space with The Friends of the Arlington Planetarium (FOAP)!  FOAP will be demonstrating the Phases of the Moon with Oreos! Enjoy a yummy snack while learning about our closest celestial neighbor. Plus join in on cornhole and other fun activities.

King of Pops popsicles will be available from 11:15 a.m. - 12 p.m. Limited number of popsicles will be available.

Registration not required.
