Join us for a lively and insightful discussion with successful local Filipino entrepreneurs
Whether you are a local business owner who would like to connect with other local entrepreneurs, an entrepreneur who's thought about starting your own business but don't know where to start, or simply someone who would like to support more local AAPI-owned businesses, this panel is for you!
Arlington Public Library, the Philippine-American Chamber of Commerce of Metro Washington DC and BizLaunch are partnering together to host a panel discussion centering on Filipino-owned businesses. The panel will be followed by a Q&A and time for networking. Light refreshments will be served.

Meet our panelists:
- John Victoria: Found of Polianna, a million dollar digital marketing company built from scratch. Experienced in the fundamentals of growing a small business from marketing, sales, operations, hiring, legal, and finance with a virtual team in the Philppines. John is also a community leader with over 10 years of leadership experience in various Asian American-focused, non-profit organizations.
- Rona Jobe: Award-winning CEO of LVL-UP Strategies, which helps small businesses, startups, nonprofits, and government make it to the next level through strategic planning, operations design, and marketing and communications. Approximately 65% of LVL-Up’s current and past clients are women-owned businesses and 74% are minority-owned businesses.
- Robert Banez: Founder of All-Pro Reels, which delivers best-in-class visual media to athletes, businesses, and communities using our creators’ extraordinary storytelling abilities. Banez is also the Founder and Executive Director of the P.U.S.O. Foundation, a nonprofit which raises funds and allocates financial contributions to impoverished communities, schools, communal projects and relief efforts around the world.
This panel will be moderated by Louie Anne Batac-Nguyen, founder of Capital Sake.
