Strange Lands Book Club: "Redwood and Wildfire"
This book club meets on the third Wednesday evening of the month for informal discussions on a wide range of science fiction titles voted on by participants.
This is a volunteer-led book club. Until further notice, this book club will meet virtually on Zoom.
This month's selection is "Redwood and Wildfire" by Andrea Hairston.
We are reading:
- May 15: "The Heart Goes Last" by Margaret Atwood
- Jun. 26: "The Ferryman" by Justin Cronin
- Jul. 17: "A Psalm for the Wild-Built" by Becky Chambers
- Aug. 21: "Divinity 36" by Gail Carriger
New members are always welcome. You don't have to read the book to join, but it is encouraged.

About the Book: At the turn of the 20th century, minstrel shows transform into vaudeville, which slides into moving pictures.
