Book Club: Theme Talkers

This program is for grades 9-12.
This bookclub meets once a month and provides high school students with a place to talk about books, eat snacks, and make new friends. Unlike book clubs where everyone reads the same title, this book club encourages attendees to read on a theme or genre and come prepared to discuss that theme with others.
Series schedule:
- February 12: Celebrate Black History Month by reading a book that has won the Coretta Scott King literary award.
- March 18: Fantasy
- April 22: Parisian Cafe - Celebrate the life of James Baldwin and learn about his time spent in Paris with French-inspired snacks and discussion.
Registration not required.
