Women's World Cup starts this month - find out through comics how Title IX influenced this tournament!

In 1972, Title IX's passage ensured that “no person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex,” be excluded from participation in sports or education programs that receive Federal funding, and changed women’s history by opening up opportunities in sports, schooling and employment.

Join us for a presentation with writer and professor, Kelcey Ervick to discuss her graphic novel memoir, "The Keeper". She will discuss the impact of Title IX for her personally and for all girls and women; as FIFA Women's World Cup™ kicks off its ninth tournament this month!

RSVP for an event reminder email. Space is limited, attendance is first-come, first-served until event capacity is reached.
